Finally! This weekend was spent at home, other than the half hour it took to pick out a Christmas tree! We decorated, cleaned, and spent some time at home. On Saturday, Blair and Natalie came over. They helped us carry the tree home. We ate lunch/dinner and then the boys watched sports downstairs while Natalie and I watched Alvin and the Chipmunks! It was a fun day! Today, we woke up and finished decorating. Then we started our Christmas cookies....First on the list was krumkake. Very tasty. Just as we were finishing the cookies, my friend Sarah came over. I have not seen her since high school so it was fun to catch up and meet her daughter Helena! Last, but not least, we got our picture taken for our Christmas card. Nothing professional - my parents came over and snapped a quick picture of us in front of our tree.
